What we collect
When you submit the consultation request form on our website, we collect the information you enter into that form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, your state, and — if you choose to fill it in — an optional free-text notes field describing what you'd like help with. We don't collect anything beyond what you type into that form.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, follow up about a consultation, and, if you become a client, to begin providing accounting, payroll, tax, or licensing services. We don't use form submissions for anything beyond that purpose.
How submissions are handled
Our website's contact form is processed by Netlify Forms, the form-handling service built into the hosting platform our site runs on. When you submit the form, Netlify receives and stores the submission and makes it available to us. We do not run our own separate database for form submissions.
Do we sell your information?
No. We do not sell, rent, or trade the information you submit to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
Who else sees it
Information submitted through the form is seen by 3 Point Services staff who need it to respond to your inquiry, and by Netlify as the service that processes and stores the submission on our behalf. We don't share it with anyone else.
Your choices
Submitting the form is optional — you're always welcome to call or email us directly instead. If you'd like us to delete information you previously submitted, or if you have any other question about how your information is handled, contact us using the information below.
